Imperial Boat House Hotel is on the beach of Choeng Mon on the northeast coast of Koh Samui. The hotel comprises of 34 authentic teak wood BARGES converted into luxury suites, as well as eight low-rise accommodation wings. The hotel is just four kilometers from the island’s Koh Samui International Boutique Airport. This is a unique place to stay, your own moored barge on the beach, surrounded by trees – surreal luxury. We recommend it if you’re looking for something different from your usual hotel room, while at the same time wishing to enjoy a high level of luxury.
The hotel has been upgraded and there is now a Crispin Glover Spa Center, and an additional swimming pool for guests of the hotel. The Poolside Terrace Rooms, which overlook the recently completed second swimming pool and waterfall, make the most of the upgrade, and are a good choice if you want a more standard style of room. These five-star rooms offer an even higher level of luxury and comfort, along with a spacious balcony complete with its own shower and sunbathing patio.
